枕流公寓拥有30年代上海最顶级的硬件配置，共有地上7层，地下1层，安装电梯。
公寓有花园、草坪和山石水流，地下室还曾有过游泳池。
“金嗓子”周璇、傅全香、朱端钧等文化名人都曾在此居住。
