1寻 | 位置与空间Location & Space浙江蓝城瑞丽家居位于杭州八卦田景区的一幢红砖小楼,沿山路蜿蜒而上,整栋楼体是红砖和落地拱窗构成的建筑形式,室内则是由钢梁搭建的二层建筑和阁楼构成,传统的斜屋顶被掀开,由大面积的玻璃重新构建,引入光与景色。
Zhejiang Blue City Ruili Home is located in a small red brick building in the Bagua Tian scenic area of Hangzhou, winding up along the mountain road. The whole building is an architectural form of red bricks and floor-to-ceiling arched windows, while the interior is made up of a two-story building with steel beams and an attic, where the traditional pitched roof is lifted and reconstructed by large areas of glass to introduce light and scenery.功能分区与述说自然的语言在是个项目中我们表达的核心内容。
Functional partitioning and speaking the language of nature are at the core of what we express in a project.建筑一层为展厅空间,为私宅业主提供设计与产品服务和展示;二层为办公空间,为设计师提供舒适的工作环境。
在这里我们试图寻求某种空间关系去联系上下两层,并在各个功能空间之间建立起相应秩序。
The first floor of the building is a showroom space, providing design and product services and displays for private home owners.The second floor is an office space, providing a comfortable working environment for designers.Here we try to find some kind of spatial relationship to connect the upper and lower floors, and to establish the corresponding order between each functional space.2圆 | 对称与贯穿Symmetry & Throughout就像城市的建立和扩张总是围绕着某个中心而展开,巴黎的城市规划顺着榭丽舍大道延伸,我们在这个项目也找到了一条中轴线,这条线由入口开始位于建筑的中央,光线从此洒落,同时我们也在这条线上设置了一个“焦点”——旋转楼梯。
Just as cities are always built and expanded around a center, the urban plan of Paris follows the Elysees, so we found a central axis in this project, starting from the entrance in the center of the building, from which the light falls, and we also set a "focal point" on this line --the revolving staircase.通过用相对对称的方式对空间平面进行划分,圆形的旋转楼梯布局在轴线上,方中有圆,而圆在道教中比作为天,天代表宇宙,宇宙生万物,这与我们想要的贴近自然不谋而合。
而楼梯优美的弧线追光而上,是对美好生活的向往,是我们对光的向往。
By dividing the space plane with relative symmetry, the circular revolving staircase is laid out on the axis, with a circle in the square, and the circle is compared to the sky in Taoism, the sky represents the universe, and the universe gives birth to all things, which coincides with what we want to be close to nature. And the graceful arc of the staircase chases the light up, which is the desire for a better life and our desire for light.与一折、二折楼梯不同,旋转楼梯可以从360°贯通视线,让上与下的界限模糊,光可以从顶上直接贯穿至一楼,在不同区域和视角都能感受到楼梯作为纵向雕塑在中心空间与不同时间段的光线互动与舞蹈,同时也很好的解决的建筑中心区域的采光问题。
Unlike the one-fold and two-fold staircases, the revolving staircase can penetrate the line of sight from 360°, blurring the boundary between top and bottom. Light can penetrate directly from the top to the first floor, and the staircase can be felt in different areas and perspectives as a longitudinal sculpture interacting and dancing with light at different times in the central space, and also well solving the problem of lighting in the central area of the building.3方 | 独特与迂回Unique & Detour一层作为展厅空间主要为展陈服务,需搭建出能让客户体验到不同氛围的独立场景。
考虑展厅中产品的不确定性,以旋转楼梯为中心区域,四周是四个体块关系的方盒子,分别承载不同功能。
The first floor as a showroom space is mainly for exhibition services, and needs to build independent scenes that can let customers experience different atmospheres. Considering the uncertainty of the products in the showroom, a revolving staircase is the central area, surrounded by four square boxes with individual relationships, carrying different functions.人流进入展厅后引导至左右两个通道,通过引导性的过廊游走到我们的各个体验展厅。
我们尽量保证各场景之间互通性,迂回的路线增加了游走的趣味性。
展品是这台戏的主角,空间为服务于展品而存在,空间上尽量隐藏和弱化其存在。
After entering the exhibition hall, people are guided to the left and right corridors and wander through the guided corridors to our various experience halls. We try to ensure the interoperability between the scenes, and the circuitous route increases the fun of wandering. The exhibits are the main characters of the show, and the space exists to serve the exhibits, hiding and weakening their existence as much as possible.4角 | 个体与互动Individual & Interact自然光是人最舒适的视觉感受,自然界中的所有物质是发出来的光,山陵、小溪、空气,以至于我们自己,都是发出的光。
我们希望被创造的此项目也是发着光的,这份光能喜悦到空间未来的使用者。
为了营造更舒适的工作环境,二层我们尽量保留采光玻璃天窗和落地窗的通透性。
没有过多的装饰,在空间的内部仅保有简洁的黑白灰,大面积使用留白手法,让自然的色彩晕染空间。
Natural light is the most comfortable visual sensation for human beings. All substances in nature are emitting light; mountains and hills, streams, air, and even ourselves, are emitting light.We hope that this project is also created with light, a light that will delight the future users of the space.In order to create a more comfortable working environment, we try to keep the light glass skylight and floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor. Without too much decoration, the interior of the space is only simple black, white and gray, and a large area of white space is used to let the natural color halo the space.仍保持建筑本身的坡面屋顶,通透的巨型玻璃构成的三角形的顶面,去除了内与外的分界线,透过天窗看到蔚蓝天空、透过落地窗看到的绿色窗景,建筑与自然景象产生对话,那是使用者在此去思考建筑、空间、人的源泉。
The sloping roof of the building itself is maintained, and the triangular-shaped roof made of transparent giant glass removes the boundary between the inside and the outside, and the blue sky seen through the skylight and the green windows seen through the floor-to-ceiling windows create a dialogue between the building and the natural scenery, which is the source for users to think about architecture, space and people.对望,是空间中的交流与话语。
一个大的空间总是由许多似独立似整体的部件构成,他们相互之间产生的互动关系,也是设计中的趣点。
被“隐藏”的三层空间,我们就设计了这样一个情境。
会议空间留出的一道窗景让紧密的讨论空间的和外侧独立安静的办公空间声色互动。
被设置在顶部的三角窗将三角屋顶的视线延长,从三角窗内侧观景,天空、二层、一层、户外的景色由上至下净收眼底。
Looking at each other is the communication and discourse in space. A large space is always composed of many independent and integral parts, and the interaction between them is also an interesting point in the design.We designed such a situation in the "hidden" third floor space. A window in the meeting space allows the close discussion space to interact with the independent and quiet office space on the outside. The triangular window set at the top extends the view of the triangular roof, and the view from the inside of the triangular window provides a clear view of the sky, the second floor, the first floor, and the outdoors from top to bottom.在建筑形式上就被奠定的圆形元素,也以隐晦的形式出现在空间的各个细节之中:被打破的圆柱展台,延伸贯穿的拱形走廊,不时出现的对望让空间融入功能的同时,溢出属于自身的独特气味。
The circular element, which was laid down in the architectural form, also appears in all the details of the space in an obscure form: the broken cylindrical booths, the arched corridor that extends through, and the occasional pair of looks make the space integrate into the function while overflowing with its own unique smell.▲平面图 Floor plan空间,外在于我们,囊括并转换事物如果你想让一棵树成活就给它注入内在空间,这个在你心中获得其存在的空间,用种种限制将它围住它没有界限,它要真正成为一棵树只有安置在你的遗世独立之中。
